Since I was young, I was a very curious person. Meeting new people excited me. However I came from a small town where nothing changed. No one moved in, no one moved out. In turn, the thought of traveling to places I heard of in movies and books were dreams I never thought could happen. But boy did I dream.

And at the age of 20, off I moved to Montreal. THIS was the place I was looking for! I started meeting people of all backgrounds, diversities and each one had different stories. I was dabbling with photography at the time but little did I realize my camera and ‘people’ had a pull towards one another. What started as a fun hobby photographing friends and their weddings, led to quitting my full time job in 2012 as I couldn’t keep up with my growing business. Since then I’ve traveled the world all for one reason, couples who trusted me to capture their day. It’s been such an insanely blissful ride.

Fast forward to 2020 where my husband and I moved to Nova Scotia which was the best decision. Bringing over 15 years of photography experience under my belt, I have quickly fallen in love shooting east coast weddings.

All of this bla bla chit chat above is to say this fact; for me your wedding isn't just an event; it's your narrative. And I am not your average photographer. I don’t just ‘show up’, shoot, go home. I have a strong connection with each and every one of my couples enabling me to capture not just the staged poses, but the candid moments that often go unnoticed—the stolen glances, the spontaneous bursts of joy. It's these hidden treasures that I pride myself on revealing to my couples, moments they will share for years to come.
